A 15-year-old boy came to Outpatient Department, with a complaint of palpable and painless growth on the anterior aspect of the thigh region. He had a history of trauma to the left leg, seven years back. The boy noticed a protrusion on his left thigh two years back which he then neglected; his parents noticed the same for the first time in November 2023. Investigations like X-rays were conducted for diagnostic purposes, revealing left-side exostosis of the distal femur. Exostosis is a benign bone tumor on top of your existing bone tissue. Treatment normally includes an exosectomy. The patient was referred to physiotherapy post-op for rehabilitation. There was an improvement in pain, range of motion and strength post-physiotherapy session.
